    McElhenney, alongside fellow Red Dragons co-chairman Ryan Reynolds, has never shied away from the fact that he wants to bring top-flight football to SToK Racecourse. That goal was outlined from the moment that a stunning takeover was completed in 2021.

And then it’s to win the Premier League. Then, you’re in European football and why not go out and be the best football team in the world."
